Creative Writing (0.5 credit)

The purpose of this course is to enable students to develop and use fundamental writing and language skills for creative expression in a variety of literary forms that include short stories, poetry, monologues and screen plays. Emphasis will be on development of a personal writing style. Students will analyze literary models and engage in peer review techniques. Students will prepare a portfolio of work that displays their best work in the course.
